"Normal" Blood Pressure:
When you need to know the blood pressure of your own,you have to take blood pressure readings with two numbers, for example 140/90mmHg.Here first one is Systolic and bottom one is diastolic. The first number is your systolic blood pressure. The number indicates - the highest pressure when your heart beats and pushes the blood round your body. The bottom one is your diastolic blood pressure. The number is the lowest pressure when your heart relaxes between beats. The BP reading when systolic is less than 120 and diastolic is over 80 , that is called "Normal" blood pressure. People whose blood pressure is over the normal range should consult their private doctor and buy a BP monitor with stethoscope for always monitoring own blood pressure.
"High" Blood Pressure:
We can divided the high blood pressure into two classes. One is High Pressure Stage-1 and the another one is High Pressure Stage-2.The people whose are suffering from stage-1 high BP and stage-2 high BP must follow the direction of his private doctor and always monitoring BP for avoiding any physical complex which can create by risky blood pressure.
High blood Pressure Stage-1: The BP reading when systolic is 140-159 and diastolic is over 90-99 is known as high pressure stage-1.
High blood Pressure Stage-2: The BP reading when systolic is 160- above and diastolic is over 90-above is known as high pressure stage-1.
Pre-hypertension:The BP reading when systolic is 120-139 and diastolic is over 80-89 is known as pre-hypertension.People whose are suffering from pre-hypertension should meet up the doctor immediately.
