Blood pressure (BP) is a pressure that exerted by circulating blood upon the walls of blood vessels.Blood pressure generally refers to the arterial pressure of the systemic blood circulation, which can be measured at a person's upper arm. A sound person’s blood pressure is expressed in terms of the systolic pressure over diastolic pressure and this is measured in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). According to medical science - normal resting blood pressure for an adult is approximately 120/80 mm Hg.

Blood pressure measurement depending on the situation, activity, and different type of diseases and is regulated by the nervous and endocrine systems. Blood pressure, when it is low is called hypo-tension and when it is high is called hypertension. High and Low pressure have many causes and can range from mild to severe with both acute and chronic forms. Chronic hypertension is a risk generator for many complications, including brain damage, peripheral vascular disease, heart attack, and stroke.During the attacking by above any one, patient can not return back his previous mode. Hypertension is more common disease, because of the demands of modern lifestyles. Hypertension and hypo-tension go often undetected.
